Al Maktoum international airport, also known as Dubai World Central, was Inaugurated in July of 2010. The development of this airport has cost upwards of 82 Billion USD, and its construction had been delayed significantly due to the financial crisis of 2007 and 2011.
Dubai Al Maktoum International Airport has three terminals that serve the aircraft of all sizes. It also has a luxury terminal that serves Emirates Airlines and a separate facility to serve all Private Aircraft and General Aviation.
